Becky Frances is a street photographer based in North London who has been walking the streets of the capital for 7 years in search of quirky people and situations. She studied photography at college many moons ago when everything was shot on film and digital photography was a concept reserved firmly for the future. She put her camera down after finishing college didn’t pick it up again until 2006.
Over time her work has evolved and as a result, she has been featured in articles by Time Out, Inspired Eye Magazine, Street Photography Magazine, Women in Photography and Gasp Street Collective. She was named as one of the top 20 up and coming women photographers of 2017 by Streethunters.net and has had photographs selected for shortlist by the British Life Photography Awards. Her first exhibition in London came to a close of 31 January this year after a 4 month run.
